Okaloosa County · ZIP 32548 — Garage door repair in Cinco Bayou's townhomes, condos and bayou-side houses inside Fort Walton Beach.

Cinco Bayou is a small town of about a fifth of a square mile that Fort Walton Beach surrounds completely, 12.2 miles and about 21 minutes by road from our office along East John Sims Parkway and Eglin Parkway (SR 85). It was platted in 1940, incorporated on July 3, 1950, and counted 457 residents in 2020. The town's motto is "Town of Many Parks."
Three out of four homes in Cinco Bayou are townhomes, duplexes, or apartment and condo buildings, and about seven in ten were built in 1980 or later. Doors here come in many sizes and styles, so we identify the spring system, the door's weight and the opener before choosing parts.
Permits start at the town. Okaloosa County's permit guide for the Town of Cinco Bayou says building permits, sub permits and stand-alone sub permits need a Town of Cinco Bayou approval letter before the county issues them.
We come in on Eglin Parkway and turn at Yacht Club Drive, where the town hall stands, then work the town's short streets: Larkin Drive, Kidd Street, Laguna Street, Opp Street and Sea Way Street. Laguna Park and Glenwood Park are our quickest anchors, and the county's permit guide lists the town's streets, so we can confirm an address is inside the town before a permit question comes up.
Know the area? You'll find our trucks near Cinco Bayou Town Hall, Laguna Park, Glenwood Park, Francis Park, Sea Way boat ramp, Cinco Bayou Bridge, Eglin Parkway and Yacht Club Drive.
Tell us what your door is doing and we'll call you right back. Starting prices are on our pricing page; the exact price depends on the door, parts, and size, and you get it on site before any work starts.
