Okaloosa County · ZIP 32578 — Garage door repair in Niceville, where our office sits, with most addresses a drive of minutes away.

Niceville is where our office sits, at 750 E John Sims Pkwy, so a call from most of the city is a drive of a few minutes. The city lies on Boggy Bayou and Choctawhatchee Bay, shares its western edge with its twin city, Valparaiso, and counted 15,772 residents in the 2020 census. Most of its homes are single-family houses.
NOAA's 1991 to 2020 normals for the Niceville station, about a mile from our office, show about 73 inches of rain a year on roughly 119 days, with summer highs near 89°F. About two-thirds of the city's homes were built in 1980 or later, so many doors here have decades of daily cycles behind their springs, rollers and openers.
Permits follow the address, not the mailing label. The city's building department warns that a Niceville mailing address can sit outside the city limits, in Okaloosa County's jurisdiction, and it points owners to the city limits map before they apply.
Every Niceville call starts at the office on East John Sims Parkway (SR 20). From there we cut to Partin Drive, Bayshore Drive or Rocky Bayou Drive, depending on the side of town. On the Boggy Bayou and Rocky Bayou sides we look hardest at rust on hinges, track brackets and fasteners; inland, springs, rollers and opener limits come first.
Know the area? You'll find our trucks near Niceville High School, Lions Park, Turkey Creek Park, Children's Park and Spray Park, Niceville Recreation Complex, Rocky Bayou Country Club, Northwest Florida State College and Kelly Hill Park.
Tell us what your door is doing and we'll call you right back. Starting prices are on our pricing page; the exact price depends on the door, parts, and size, and you get it on site before any work starts.
